We're AKADEMI USAHAWAN MIKRO SDN BHD, an Entrepreneurship Training Academy based in Bandar Sunway Petaling Jaya, Selangor is expanding and hiring these positions:

1. SALES & MARKETING EXECUTIVE

  • Min relevant SPM/Certificate/Diploma/Degree
  • Aged 18 years old and above
  • Honest, Trustworthy, highly motivated, have a high ambition, good communication skills, interesting and knowledgeable
  • Can work under minimum supervision
  • Candidates with sales experience with Insurance, Unit trusts, Mortgages, Bank Products or any experience as a Salesperson are strongly encouraged to apply
  • Training will be provided
  • Have Own Transport (at least a motorcycle with a valid license)
  • Can speak Malay & English fluently
  • Attractive salary + UNLIMITED SALES COMMISSION depending on sales

2. LECTURER / LEARNING INSTRUCTOR (Business Administration, Marketing, Entrepreneurship, etc)

  • Degree in any relevant field or any certificate Diploma in (SKM) Level 1-5
  • At least 4 years related teaching & lecturing experience in Administration/Office Management/Human Resources/Secretary
  • Having teaching/lecturing experience or professional training experience is highly recommended
  • Can speak Malay & English fluently

3. SOFTWARE ENGINEER

  • Engineering Degree in Computer Science/Engineering, or equivalent professional experience.
  • 4 years of related experience with at least 2 years building Web Portals
  • Expertise in most of the following: .NET F/W, C#, Web API, MVC, WCF, HTML5, JavaScript, JSON, SOAP, REST, JQuery, AngularJS/React JS, TFS
  • Strong understanding in object oriented programming
  • Knowledge of SQL Server development and database design
  • Individual that is proactive, passionate, and optimistic, stay positive and thrive to achieve more as a TEAM.
  • Good level of written and spoken Malay & English.

4. BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT EXECUTIVE

  • Degree/Diploma in any relevant field.
  • Able to work independently with min. Supervision
  • Able to communicate, coordinate and motivated towards a common goal.
  • Pitch goods or services to new clients and maintain a good working relationship with new contacts.
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Able to communicate with all level of staffs/management.
  • Energetic, flexible and innovative.
  • Able to work under pressure and long working hours
  • Self-starter, fast learner and able to work independently.
  • Able to realize business opportunities.
  • Good in communication, read and write.
  • Good in Business sense, Project Management, Social Media Management and also good in Copywriting in advertisement
  • Have a deep understanding of marketing principles
  • Have a positive attitude
  • Good negotiation skills

5. BUSINESS ADMINISTRATION EXECUTIVE

  • Certificate/Degree/Diploma in any relevant field
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skill
  • Proficiency and previous experience in Event & Project Management
  • Good in preparing Paperwork / Slides
  • Can design (is advantage)

6. ACCOUNT & FINANCE

  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma in Finance, Accountancy or equivalent.
  • At least 1 to 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field.
  • Required skill: MS Office and any accounting System
  • Knowledge of taxation computation is an added advantage
  • Good command of English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin (written and verbal).
  • Possess good attitude with excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work independently as well as within a team.

7. MULTIMEDIA DESIGNER

  • Certificate/Degree/Diploma in Multimedia, Graphic Design or equivalent
  • Solid knowledge and experience in graphic software skills i.e Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Dreamweaver, HTML, Macromedia Flash, Adobe Image Ready/Macromedia Fireworks
  • Excellent design sense & passion for creative design
  • Able to work independently, meet deadline and work under minimum supervision
  • Design all promotional materials below-the-line such as Company brochures, invitations, buntings, posters, newsletter, directory, advertisement & etc.
  • Responsible for the design of mobile advertising banner and web pages, including graphics, animation and functionality.
  • Liaise with printing company, media house, clients to produce printed materials for event, road show, exhibition use.
  • Design, developed & maintaining portal & website
  • Email creation by using Dreamweaver.
  • Perform ad hoc tasks assigned by supervisor from time to time.

8. COMMUNICATION EXECUTIVE

  • Diploma or Bachelor in any relevant
  • At least 3 years working experience in any relevant
  • Strong command of spoken and written English required
  • Possess strong interpersonal skills
  • Good organizational, administrative and coordination skills
  • Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
